New for 2021: CZ-USA 600 Series rifles

CZ-USA announced the launch of its next generation bolt action rifles, replacing a number of older centerfire offerings in the company’s product range. The new rifle collection starts with four models, each with cold-forged barrels and a number of improved features to improve performance.

At the heart of every CZ-USA 600 series rifle is the barrel, and the company promises Moa or better performance from each of its new rifles. The 600 series model, in particular, is designed to produce consistent 3/4 moa groups with factory match-grade ammunition. Regardless of the model, every 600 Series barrel is threaded on the muzzle to accommodate standard pattern suppressors and other muzzle accessories.

One of the other core components of the 600 series is the design of the action. Unlike many of today’s repeater systems, CZ has chosen to keep a controlled circular transport system to ensure consistent and reliable feeding in every situation. There is a two position fuse that locks the latch when the fuse is activated. However, users can manually operate the latch with the security on by simply pressing the latch release button. The action also features a short 60-degree screw stroke and an oversized locking button that is easier to manipulate with gloved hands.

Another unique feature of the 600 series is the availability of barrel conversion kits that allow the owner to choose between cartridges that are compatible with the action of the rifle. Users can swap breeches, barrels and magazines without a gunsmith. Each CZ-USA 600 series rifle is equipped with a detachable box magazine, but the magazines can be locked and cartridges inserted into the magazine body from above if desired.

The CZ 600 series of pistols are available in four models. The company’s 600 Alpha rifles are designed as all-round hunting rifles with an aluminum alloy body and synthetic stock to reduce weight. It is available in cartridges of .223 Rem. up to .300 Win. Mag. The 600 Lux model was built to keep the classic look of the old CZ wood-trimmed hunting rifles. It features a steel receiver, wooden furniture with a beak-like fore-end, and an oversized wooden bolt knob.

The model 600 Range is built as a special precision rifle and has a steel case, a heavy barrel and a laminate stock with a height-adjustable comb. After all, the 600 Trail is built as a lightweight platform with chambers for the .223 Rem. or 7.62 x 39 mm intermediate cartridges with aluminum receiver, polymer chassis, M-Lok forend and AR control.

MSRPs in the CZ 600 series of guns start at $ 749 for the 600 Alpha and retail at $ 1,199 for the 600 model. You can find more information at
